牵引成骨技术在正畸牙移动中应用的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 加快正畸牙移动速度,缩短正畸疗程是正畸学者所追求的方向之一。随着牵引成骨技术广泛应用于颅面部骨骼,上下颌骨的延长和牙槽骨垂直距离的增高等各个领域,并取得了较大进展,牵引成骨技术在正畸牙移动过程中的应用也越来越受到学者们的广泛关注。本文就牵引成骨技术在正畸牙移动中的应用形式和相关研究进展作一综述。 Accelerating orthodontic tooth movement and completing orthodontic treatment in shorter time are what orthodontists expect.As the technology of distraction osteogenesis has been widely applied and developed in lengthening of craniofacial bone,maxilla,mandible and increasing vertical height of dentoalveolar bone,the application of distraction osteogenesis in orthodontic tooth movement has attracted more and more orthodontists' attention.This review focused on the application of distraction osteogenesis in orthodontic tooth movement and its related research progress.
