中国老年志愿者参与动机的质性分析

The Qualitative Analysis on the Participation Motivation of Older Volunteers

参与动机支配着老年人的具体参与行为。本研究采用质性分析方法,通过对选取的老年志愿者进行深度访谈,探讨了老年人参与志愿者活动的动机。研究表明老年志愿者参与动机主要表现在实现角色转变、实现自我价值、保持人际网络和履行社会责任等方面。动机类型的多元共生性、实现价值的精神心理性和具有鲜明的时代特征是老年志愿者参与动机的一般性特征。

As one of the important forms of social participation,aged volunteer activity carries the full significance,goal and action of the active aging.The participation motivation dominates the actual social behavior of the elders.The study on the participation motivation of the elders will help guide the elders to achieve social participation effectively,thereby promoting the health activities of aged volunteers.Studies have shown that the participation motivation of aged volunteers is mainly manifested in four areas： changing roles,achieving self-value,maintaining interpersonal networks and fulfilling their social responsibilities.The participation motivation has such general characteristics as follows： plural symbiosis,the spirituality for self-realization and distinctive characteristics of the times.
