负载铁分子筛降解活性艳红KE-3B的实验研究 被引量:7

摘要 采用负载三价铁离子分子筛对活性艳红KE-3B配置的废水进行了脱色研究。染料初始浓度200mg·L-1、催化剂50H用量是40g·L-1、初始pH值为4,H2O2质量浓度为1153mg·L-1,反应温度在80℃时,脱色反应速率常数达到0.2663min-1,半衰期为2.6min,反应活化能Ea为4.27kJ.mol-1。 Decolorization of brilliant red KE-3B wastewater by molecular sieve loaded with iron(Ⅲ) was investigated. The optimized experimental conditions were pH =4, [ H2O2] = 1 153 mg·L^-1, 80 ℃ and 50H catalyst 40 g·L^-1 when the initial concentration of dye was 200 mg·L^-1. Under such conditions, reaction rate constant, half-life, reaction activation energy were 0. 266 3 min^ - 1, 2.6 min, and 4. 27 kJ · mol ^- 1, respectively.
