摘要 采用β-环糊精(β-CD)和1,2,3,4—丁烷四羧酸(BTCA)对羊毛混纺(毛/涤)织物进行整理,赋予织物耐久的防臭效果。用织物对氨气的吸附能力来评价防臭整理效果。同时对β-CD、BTCA和催化剂(次亚磷酸钠)三者的浓度、焙烘温度及焙烘时间等影响防臭效果的因素做了分析,提出了合理的整理工艺,整理织物经日本纺织检查协会的测试,结果表明织物具有良好的防臭效果。 In this experiment,durable deodorizing finishing of wool /polyester blended fabric using β-cyclodextrin and BTCA was done.The fabric's absorbability of ammonia is the criterion.Some effective factors such as the concentrations of β-CD,BTCA and sodium hypophosphite monohydrate,curing temperature and time were investigated to find out appropriate process.The fabric finished by the appropriate process was tested by Japan spinners inspecting foundation and the result indicated that the fabric had good deodorizing ability.
