摘要
本文简要论述了地矿部门战略性结构调整中劳动力重组的若干问题和富余人员下岗的几个“并存”特征,对地矿部门实施再就业工程。
Abstract:The article simply discusses some problems about labor reorganization and some compatible problems that surplus personnels going off sentry duty. It puts forward the proposals for carrying out the project about getting job again in the department of geology and mineral resources so as to assure the development of strategic structure adjustment.
