关于档案鉴定概念的研究

On the Concept of Archival Appraisal

本文从国内外的档案学词典、标准、教材和论著中摘引了关于档案鉴定概念的多种表述,并对这些概念的实践基础和作用进行分析研究,指明传统的档案价值鉴定概念对于档案工作的定性、定位以及推进档案鉴定工作的专业化、制度化、规范化发展有重要作用,但同时也有一定局限性。为适应现代文件与档案管理及档案鉴定实践发展需要,本文提出广义档案鉴定概念,为档案管理的"全面鉴定"和"全程鉴定"提供理论支撑,为进一步开展广义档案鉴定理论研究提供基本的认识前提。

Abstract： Quoting various statements on the concept of archives appraisal from dictionaries, standards, textbooks and monographs on the archives from home and abroad and analyzing the practical basis and the roles of these concepts. On this basis a conclusion is made that is the traditional concept of archives appraisal not only play an important role in the qualitative, positioning, and promoting of archives works and promoting the develop- ment of Specialization, institutionalization, standardization of archives appraisal, but also has some limitations. In order to meet with the development of the modern document and archives management and archives appraisal practice, the concept of generalized archives appraisal is proposed to provide theoretical support for ＂full ap- praisal＂ and ＂whole course appraisal＂ of archives management and also to provide a basic understanding for the further theoretical research of general archives appraisal.
