我国历史上少数民族档案文献流失海外问题十分严重,流失文献大多分布在各个国家的档案馆、图书馆和博物馆等文化机构,论文针对这一现实问题,依据相关调查、案例探讨流失海外少数民族档案文献的追索问题。

As precious cultural heritage of human beings, the phenomenon that minority archives were lost overseas has being in existence with these characteristics such as large quantities, various types, and long period of time and so on. Most of these minority archives have been kept in many cultural institutes such as archives, libraries and museums in foreign counties. So it is urgent to recourse the archives oversea to protect national heritage.
