摘要 根据低温液体储罐的结构特点,完成了30m3低温储罐三维实体模型,并选取实体模型结构中可靠性最弱部位作为分析对象,通过有限元分析软件ABAQUS建立了两种结构分析模型,对该结构满载时的应力和位移进行对比分析,依据JB4732—95校核材料强度,验证了基于实体模型进行有限元结构分析的可行性和简洁性,根据分析结果提出了分析模型简化方案和结构改进措施。 According to its structural characteristics,the design of 3-D solid model for a low temperature liquid tank is completed.The weakest part of the structure is selected as the object for analysis.Two models for the analysis are presented based on finite element software ABAQUS,which is used for the contrastive analysis on the stress and displacement of the structure with full loading.The strength of the material is checked according to JB 4732—95,a standard for steel pressure vessels,which confirms that the finite element structure analysis based on the solid model is feasible and simple.The simplification for the model and the improvement on the structure are presented according to the result.
