反渗透膜处理PTA精制单元废水研究

Treatment of PTA wastewater by reverse osmosis membrane

采用反渗透膜法处理PTA精制单元废水,探讨了反渗透工艺条件如回收率、操作压力、料液温度等对膜性能的影响,从中得出较佳的工艺条件.同时,将反渗透的浓缩水回流到集水池中,结果表明反渗透透过水仍然可以符合工艺指标.此外,还考察了物理清洗及不同的化学清洗剂对膜通量的恢复情况.结果表明,化学清洗的效果明显优于物理清洗;而在化学清洗剂中,NaOH溶液对于反渗透膜的膜通量有较好恢复作用.

PTA wastewater was disposed by reverse osmosis membrane. And the influence of operation conditions such as recovery rate,pressure,and temperature on the performance of reverse osmosis was discussed. The best operation conditions were obtained. Meanwhile,concentration outflow of reverse osmosis were recycled to the feed tank,and the permeate flow could still meet the process requirement. Furthermore,the recovery of membrane flux was investigated with physical washing and chemical washing. The results showed that the effect of the latter was better. Among different chemical cleaning agents,NaOH solution has best effect on the recovery of reverse osmosis flux.
