低温制冷机用柔性弹簧的研究进展及分析 被引量:4

摘要 阐述了柔性弹簧的结构类型和评价指标,归纳和总结了国内外柔性弹簧的研究现状和发展趋势。针对低温制冷机的大冷量和长寿命需求,提出了我国研究发展柔性弹簧的一些关键技术,完善柔性弹簧的综合性能评价标准,加强柔性弹簧的动态性能分析和弹簧组件研究,开发适应大冷量低温制冷机的间隙密封用柔性弹簧组件,实现柔性弹簧的自主设计。 This paper summarized the development of flexure spring for cryocooler at home and abroad. Based on the mechanical features and performance evaluation for flexure spring, the key technologies were proposed to consummate the integrated performance evaluation criteria for flexure spring. According to the demand for large refrigeration capacity and long life of eryo- cooler. Efforts were taken to improve the overall performance of flexible spring and enhance the dynamic performance analysis of flexure springs and spring components. The flexure bearing components using in clearance seals of large refrigeration capacity cryoeoolers should be developed. Finally, the independent design ability of flexure spring would be achieved.
