摘要
建立了小型全封闭活塞式制冷压缩机稳态模型和参数回归模型,对制冷剂流量和压缩机输入功率进行了仿真计算,仿真值与试验值的误差均在4.5%以内,满足系统整体仿真的需要。对比后发现工况变化时,采用参数回归模型仿真精度更高。
A steady - state simulation model and a parameter fitting model were established. The flow rate of refrigerant and the input power were simulated. The error between the emulation value and the test value was less than 4.5%, which could be used in the simulation of refrigeration system. Compared with the steady - state model at the different working condition, the parameter fitting model has a higher simulation accuracy to be closer to actual value.
