摘要
用三维数值的研究方法对带有纵向涡发生器的翅片管流动和传热进行了数值研究。研究发现,使用了45°冲角的矩形小翼纵向涡发生器可以使得翅片管的传热增加10.4-24.6%,同时相应的压力损失增加30.5-57.2%。研究了不同的冲角(a=30,45,60)对于管翅间换热和流动的影响,结果显示冲角为30°时效果最好。
Heat transfer characteristics and fluid flow structure of fin - and - tube heat exchanger with longitudinal vortex generators (LVGs) were studied numerically. The effect of Reynolds number (from 700 to 2000 ), the attack angle (30°, 45°and60° ) of rectangular winglet were examined. It was found that the average heat transfer coefficient for the four - row fin - and - tube heat exchanger with LVGs increases by 10.4 - 24.6% over the baseline ease and the corresponding pressure loss increased by 30.4 -57.2%. In addition, the heat transfer enhancement of rectangular winglet with the attack angle of 30° is more obvious than other two angles.
