摘要
在总结软切换区划分方法的基础上，提出了具体的实现算法与流程；分析了软切换区划分与软切换条件门限的关系；
A method of soft handoff region division is summarized, some concrete algorithms and a flow chart are presented, and relations between soft handoff region division and soft handoff condition threshold are derived. Finally some computer simulation results of soft handoff region division are provided.
