Three Problems and Countermeasures in Development of Chinese New Poetry

新诗倡导者全盘否定和抛弃古典诗歌的做法为新诗发展留下了隐患,导致新诗诗体特征的丢失和诗歌艺术质量的下降,对此必须重视和汲取古典诗歌、古典诗学的艺术智慧来创建新诗的艺术规范,以增强新诗的创造力和艺术性;新诗的诗体建设是一道始终没有攻克的难题,要明确诗体建设是新诗发展的必然要求,要通过加强研究为新诗诗体建设提供多元理论指导和多种参照体式,同时要准确把握新诗诗体建设的基本原则和主要途径,注重在实验中不断探索多种相对定型化和规范化的新诗体式;由于诗人观、诗歌观的混乱导致诗人形象的自毁,诗歌精神的滑坡,诗歌内容出现殖民化、世俗化、粗鄙化、欲望化倾向,对此既要树立正确的诗人观,还要树立正确的诗歌观,要关注当下现实,发掘中国经验,进而抒写出境界高远、艺术性强的诗歌精品。

The advocates for new poetry have left a hidden danger to the development of it, for they completely deny and abandon classical poetry. This has resulted in the loss of characteristics of the poetry verse and poetry decline in artistic quality. Now we must attach importance to and learn from the wisdom of classical poetry and create art from the norms of new poetry in order to enhance the creativity and artistic poetry. The building of new poetry has become a never solved problem. To solve this problem, we must make clear that poetic construction is the necessary requirement for the development of new poetry. Through the strengthening of research, the multiple poetic theoretical guidance and a variety of the verse styles can be consulted for the construction of new poetry. At the same time, we must exactly grasp the basic principles and main means of the poetic construction and enhance the experimental efforts, and continuously explore a variety of relatively stereotyped and stand- ardization of the styles of the new poetry in the experiment. The concept of poet and poetry takes on an unprecedented view of the confusion, resulting in the image of the self-destructive poet, the spirit of the poetry in the decline, the colonization, secularization, vulgarization and desire of poetic contents. To solve this problem, we must not only establish a correct view of the poet, but also set up a correct concept of poetry, advocates that the poetry should concern about the contemporary reality in China, explore the Chinese experiences, initiate the lofty, artistic and fine poetry.
