WTO框架下建立CAFTA的静态与动态效应分析

Static and Dynamic Effects of CAFTA under Framework of WTO

文章运用区域经济一体化理论,从贸易规模、外部市场结构和内部贸易结构角度研究了中国与东盟建立的自由贸易区的静态效应;从规模经济、竞争和投资促进效应角度对其动态效应进行了实证研究。研究认为,CAFTA对扩大中国和东盟国家的经济交往发挥着重要促进作用,其目标符合WTO所倡导多边自由贸易宗旨,其经验对WTO的未来发展有着示范作用。

By way of the theory of regional economic integration, this paper empirically studies the static effect of CAFTA （China ASEAN Free Trade Agreement） from the point of view of the trade scale, exterior market structure and interior trade structure and the dynamic effect from the point of view of the scale economy and the promoting effect of competition and investment. It finds that CAFTA plays an important role on increasing the trade scale between China and ASEAN in recent years. The goal of CAFTA is in accordance with the tenet of multilateral free trade. The experiences will be beneficial to the development of WTO in the future.
