摘要
多辊轧机的辊间横向轧制力分布直接影响有载辊缝的形状和板形控制的结果。运用影响函数法建立了1850mm六辊CVC轧机辊系弹性变形及辊间横向轧制力分布的物理和解析模型,并对中间辊窜辊、中间辊弯辊和工作辊弯辊变化对横向轧制力分布的影响进行了分析研究,建立了计算机仿真程序,给出了辊间横向轧制力分布的规律。分析结果为六辊CVC轧机确定合理的板形控制策略奠定了理论基础,对获得良好板形控制具有指导意义。
The roll force distribution between rolls of mill will directly affect the overload gap and the result of flatness control. The influence function method was used to establish the physical and analytic model about the roll force distribution between rolls of 1850mm 6-high CVC mill. And then,the research of the influence of different intermedia roll shifting、intermedia roll bending and work roll bending on the roll force distribution between rolls was carried out. The computer simulation software was developed and the regularities of the roll force distribution was gave out. The research result established some theoretic foundation for deciding the reasonable flatness control strategy and be useful for obtaining optimum flatness control.
