摘要
介绍一种集液压、机械、电气、计算机控制于一体的新型无缝钢管用水淬火设备,该设备在研发设计过程中,采用了国内外先进的"外淋+旋转+内喷"淬火工艺,并进行了许多的技术革新。通过对该水淬火设备工作原理、淬火工艺、结构特点的分析,说明了该设备与国内其他水淬火设备在机械结构、淬火效果、淬后钢管精度、机械性能等方面的不同。
The new water-quenching equipment for seamless steel pipes that integrate hydraulic,mechanical,electric and control is introduced. The quenching technology of outside pouring＋rotating＋inside spraying which is domestic and overseas advanced was applied to this equipment at the innovation and design process,Also there are a lot of technical innovation. Through analyzing the working principle,the quenching technology and the structure characteristics of this equipment,the differences in the structure,the quenching effect,the pipes precision after quenching and the performance between this equipment and other domestic ones are pointed out.
