摘要 采用水蒸气回流法提取阿尔泰狗娃花挥中挥发精油,用气相色谱-质谱法分离和鉴定阿尔泰狗娃花挥发精油中化学成分,用归一法测定其相对含量,共分离出50种化学成分,鉴定了39种化学成分,约占总成分相对含量的84.7%。 Volatile essential oil of heteropappus altaicus novopokr was extracted from the sample by steam distillation,and chemical components in the extract were separated and identified by GC-MS.Fifty chemical components were found in the separation,among which 39 compounds were identified and their relative contents were determined by the method of normalization,amounting to 84.7%of the total.
