摘要
为了提高对于电子信息产品领域的技术性贸易壁垒(TBT)预警信息的搜索效率,通过改进传统的骨架法,设计了电子信息产品领域的技术性贸易壁垒预警本体结构和该领域本体所应用的预警信息搜索系统的框架;提出了系统所必需的语义推理以及搜索结果排序、自动文档摘要的算法,并开发了系统原型。试验结果表明,该系统在保证查准率的同时,较大程度地提高了搜索结果的查全率。
In order to increasing the search efficiency about early-warning information of electronic information products, with developed the traditional skeleton method, this paper designed the early-warning ontology construction of technical barriers to trade in the domain of electronic information products,and the framework of the early-warning information search system which used this ontology.The paper also gave the algorithm of semantic inference, the sort of search results and automatic document summary, developed the prototype system. The test result shows that this method improves the search efficiency as well as ensures the precision.
