摘要
探讨了当离子色谱仪和自动快速燃烧炉联用测定卤素时内标物的选择问题。试验表明:当卤素系列标准溶液和吸收液都采用碳酸钠-碳酸氢钠缓冲溶液作为介质时,以C_2O_4^(2-)作为内标物,既能保持卤素离子(F^-、Cl^-、Br^-、I^-)有良好的分离度,又能保持长久的稳定性,同时还可以避免样品本身以及外界的干扰,是该试验中比较理想的内标物。
It was reported that in the determination of halogen by ion-chromatography in combination with the automatic combustion furnace,the used of C2O4^2- as internal standard was proved to have the distinguishing features of①clear separation of the halogen(F^-,Cl^-,Br^- and I^- ),②no significant change of values of peak area of the halogen ions within 3 months and③elimination of interferences due to sample matrix and the environmental causes, when Na2CO3/NaHCO3 buffer solution was used as the medium for both the standard solutions and the sample solutions.
