功能核酸检测金属离子研究进展 被引量:2

Research progress of detection for metal ions based on functional nucleic acids

摘要 功能核酸是一类具有特定生物功能的核酸分子,包括核酸适配体aptamer、脱氧核酶DNAzyme和aptazyme(aptamer与DNAzyme的复合物)等,其功能远远超出传统核酸的遗传作用。近年来功能核酸已被广泛应用于生物传感等分子识别和应用研究领域,并对蛋白质、金属离子以及小分子等进行检测。该文总结了功能核酸在金属离子检测方面的研究工作进展,包括荧光传感器、比色传感器和电化学传感器等内容。 Functional nucleic acids(FNAs) contain aptamer,DNAzyme,and aptazyme(a combination of aptamer and nucleic acid enzyme) etc.Their functions are beyond the conventional genetic roles of nucleic acids and have been widely applied in molecular recognition and used to detect various kinds of molecules(eg proteins,metal ions and small molecules etc).In this review,we summarized recent research of FNAs-based biosensors for metal ions detection,involving fluorescent sensors,colorimetric sensors and electrochemical sensors.
