目前反映房屋建设情况和原始面貌的房产工程声像档案材料越来越多,做为房产工程竣工档案的重要组成部分,它具有直观、形象的特点,可以真实地反映房产工程的建设和管理。但是房产声像档案在管理和开发利用方面还存在一些问题。针对以上情况,本文对房产工程声像档案的管理进行了探讨并提出管理对策和开发利用建议。

Nowadays audio- visual archives ibr house project showing the construction and original features of houses have become more and more. As the important part of completion archives of construction for house projects,it is visal, and could actually reflect the consturction and management of house projects. Yet there are still some problems of audio - visual archives for house projects in management and exploitation. In the article, it is discussed the management, and the countermeasures and suggestions are given.
