介绍了包钢技术中心为了激发技术人才的主观能动性,应用现代人力资源管理理论,从物质和精神两方面建立人才激励机制的探索实践。
In the paper,it is introduced the explorations and practices on establishing talent incentive mechanisms with both matters and spirits applying modern human resource management theory in order to arouse subjective initiative of talents in the Technical Center.
