醒脑静注射液对老年患者全静脉麻醉恢复期及术后早期认知功能的影响 被引量:2

Effects of Xingnaojing Injection on the Cognitive Function in Elderly Patients in Early Postoperative and Recovery Period after General Intravenous Anesthesia

摘要 目的:研究醒脑静注射液对老年患者全静脉麻醉恢复期及术后早期认知功能的影响并探讨其可能的作用机制。方法:80例全静脉麻醉下行择期腹部手术的老年患者,随机分为醒脑静组(X组)和对照组(C组),各40例。麻醉诱导前及术后1、3、6及24h应用Mini-MentalState(MMS)测试方法评定其认知功能,并检测各时间点血清S100ββ蛋白及白介素-6(IL-6)含量。结果:2组患者MMS评分均在术后1h最低,X组术后1h较麻醉诱导前明显降低(P<0.05),术后3h开始恢复;C组术后1、3h较麻醉诱导前明显降低(P<0.05),且术后1、3、6h较X组明显降低(P<0.05);2组S100ββ蛋白及IL-6均在术毕最高,C组S100ββ蛋白在术后1、6h高于X组,IL-6在术后1、6、24h均高于X组。结论:醒脑静注射液可以促进全静脉麻醉老年患者的苏醒,改善术后认知功能,可能与其有效抑制S100ββ蛋白及IL-6的分泌、减轻炎性反应有关。 OBJECTIVE:To investigate the effects of Xingnaojing injection on the cognitive function in elderly patients in early postoperative and recovery period after general intravenous anesthesia. METHODS:80 elderly patients with elective abdominal surgery after general intravenous anesthesia were randomly divided into Xingnaojing group(group X)and control group(group C) with 40 patients in each group. MiniMental State(MMS)detection was used to evaluate cognitive function before anesthesia and at 1 h,3 h,6 h and 24 h after operation. The content of S100ββ protein and IL6 were detected at different time points. RESULTS:MMS scoring of patients in two groups were decreased and reached the lowest point at 1 h after operation. In group X the score was decreased significantly at 1 h after operation(P0.05)and recovered at 3 h after operation. In group C the score was decreased significantly at 1 h and 3 h after operation P0.05). And the decrease of score in group C at 1 h,3 h and 6 h after operation was more significant than in group X(P0.05). The level of S100ββ protein and IL6 was highest at the end of operation. The level of S100ββ protein in group C at 1 h and 6 h after operation and the level of IL6 at 1 h,6 h and 24 h after operation were all higher than in group X. CONCLUSION:Xingnaojing injection could promote analgesia in elderly patients with general intravenous anesthesia and improve cognitive function,which may be associated with inhibition effect of Xingnaojing injection on the secretion of S100ββ protein and IL6 and inflammatory reaction.
