我院克林霉素注射剂使用调查分析

Analysis on the Application of Clindamycin Injection in Our Hospital

目的:促进临床合理使用克林霉素注射剂。方法:收集我院2009年1月1日～2009年6月30日使用克林霉素注射剂的出院病历,按科室用量排名,抽取排名前5位科室的病历共300份,采用回顾性分析方法,评价其用药合理性。结果:300份病历中预防使用276例,占92%;治疗使用24例,占8%。无论治疗用或是预防用,均存在各种不合理用药现象。结论:克林霉素注射剂在我院未严格按照国家相关规定使用,存在着不合理用药现象,应引起医务人员的重视。

OBJECTIVE：To probe into the utilization of Clindamycin injection in our hospital and to evaluate its reasonability in order to promote rational use of antibiotics in the clinic. METHODS：Discharged cases in our hospital from Jan. 1 to Jun. 30 of 2009 were collected. 300 cases were collected from top 5 departments in the list of utilization amount of Clindamycin injection and analyzed retrospectively. And their reasonability was evaluated. RESULTS：Of 300 cases of Clindamycin injection,276 cases of prophylactic utilization accounted for 92% and 24 cases of therapeutic utilization accounted for 8%. Inappropriate use of Clindamycin injection was still existed. CONCLUSION：The utilization of Clindamycin injection in our hospital is not in line with relevant regulation. Medical staff should pay attention to the inappropriate use of Clindamycin injection. The management of antibiotics should be strengthened.
