摘要
目的了解杭州市急性农药中毒情况,以制定有效管理措施,控制与降低农药中毒的发生。方法通过中国疾病预防控制信息报告网络平台,选取健康危害因素监测系统职业卫生子系统中杭州市14个区、县(市)2007-2008年农药中毒报告卡,并用Excel进行统计分析。结果①2007-2008年杭州市共报告非生产性农药中毒1 490例,死亡141例,死亡率9.46%。②非生产性中毒女性略多于男性,男女比例为1∶1.35。③杀虫剂是引起农药中毒的主要毒物,占中毒总数的83.5%,其中又以敌敌畏、甲胺磷和氧乐果(含乐果)等3类有机磷农药为主。④中毒地区以郊县农村为主,中毒和死亡人数分别占总数的91.7%和90.8%;无明显的季节性变化。结论杭州市郊县农村非生产性农药中毒情况严重,应积极采取并落实有效的控制措施。
Objective To analyze the prevalence of acute non-occupational pesticide poisoning in Hangzhou city,and to provide evidences for developing effective measures of pesticide management.Methods The data were collected from health hazard surveillaince system,which was part of internet-based China information system for disease control and prevention.The results were analyzed with Microsoft Excel.Results From 2007 to 2008,there were a total of 1 490 cases of non-occupational pesticide poisoning,among which,141 patients died.The mortality rate was 9.46%.There were more female patients than the male ones.83.5% of the poisoning patients were caused by pesticides(mostly organophosphorus pesticide).Suburbanites had 91.7% of the poisoning cases and 90.8% of the mortality cases.There was no significant trend of seasonal variation for the incidences.Conclusion The non-occupational poisoning of pesticide is a serious problem in Hangzhou city and effective measures should be taken to protect residents in the area.
