铜山县人群结核病知识知晓率调查报告

Risk awareness and prevention knowledge of tuberculosis in Tongshan county,Jiangsu province

目的了解铜山县居民结核病防治知识知晓情况。方法按职业构成在全县范围内随机抽取18家单位为调查点,采取直接面对面形式进行问卷调查。结果18调查单位共问卷调查3 000人,人群总体对结核病防治知识的答对率达到了76.50%。医务人员、结核病人或家属、农村居民、城镇居民、机关工作人员和民工(外来流动人口)对结核病知识的知晓率分别为97.50%,92.00%,83.50%,75.50%,66.50%和41.00%。结论铜山县居民对结核病防治知识的知晓率较高,但结核病防治知识的宣传工作还有死角。

Objective To study the awareness and prevention knowledge of tuberculosis（TB）among residents in Tongshan county,Jiangsu province.Methods Direct questionnaire was used to investigate the awareness and prevention knowledge of TB of for 18 groups,which had been randomly selected based on the occupational structure of Tongshan county.Results Three thousand people were investigated and 76.5% of them had knowledge of TB prevention and risk awareness.The proportions of people with knowledge of TB prevention and awareness of TB risk factors were 97.50%,92.00%,83.50%,75.50%,66.50% and 41.00% respectively in group of medical stuff,TB patients or their family members,rural residents,urban residents,institutional staff and migrant workers.Conclusion The knowledge of TB prevention and awareness of TB risk factors differentiated among different groups in Tongshan county.Additional effort of education will be helpful in the disease control.
