摘要
基于新旧混凝土的粘结机理,通过对新旧混凝土不同处理方式的粘结面的抗拉强度和抗折强度的试验研究,对影响粘结强度的因素进行了方差分析。结果表明,高压水冲粘结面以及在新混凝土中掺入一定量的钢纤维,是提高粘结强度的有效方法;界面剂对粘结强度的影响较小。
According to the different adherence mechanism of young concrete from the old and through the trial study on different treatments of the tensile strength and the flexural strength of the adhesive surfaces, a variance analysis is given to the factors that affect the bonding performances. The results indicate that jetting to the adhesive surfaces with high pressure water and adding certain amount of steel fiber to the new concrete are effective methods to improve the adhesive strength and that the interfacial agent has little influence on that.
