HPLC法测定千草脑脉通片中(+)-松脂素单葡萄糖苷的含量

Determination of(+)-Pinoresinol Monoglucoside Content in Qiancao Naomaitong Tablets by HPLC

目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定千草脑脉通片中(+)-松脂素单葡萄糖苷含量。方法:采用Hedera ODS-2C_(18)色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相乙腈-水(20:80),流速1.0ml·min^(-1),检测波长230 nm。结果:(+)-松脂素单葡萄糖苷在18.49～184.91μg·ml^(-1)浓度范围内,呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 5);平均回收率为98.9%,RSD为1.1%(n=6)。结论:该方法简便、快速,可用于千草脑脉通片中(+)-松脂素单葡萄糖苷的含量测定。

Objective： To establish an HPLC method for content determination of （ ＋ ）-pinoresinol monoglucoside in qiancao naomaitong tables. Method： HPLC was performed on Hedera ODS-2 Cls column （250 mm ×4.6 mm,5 μm）with the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water （20： 80, v/v）. The flow rate was 1.0 ml · min^-1 and the detection wavelength was set at 230 nm. Result.. The calibration curve of （ ＋ ） -pinoresinol monoglucoside was good linear in the rang of 18.49 - 184.91 μg · ml^ -1 （r =0.999 5）. The average recovery was 98.9% with RSD 1.1% （n = 6）. Conclusion： The method is simple, rapid and repeatability. It can be used for determination of （ ＋ ）-pinoresinol monoglucoside in qiancao naomaitong tablets.
