层次分析法是美国运筹学家在1973年提出的一种系统分析方法。本文在此方法的基础上,结合情报检索系统的建设效益和我国国情与科技政策,提出了一个适合我国情报检索系统建设效益综合评价的层次分析模型和绝对评价方法。

The analytic hierarchy process, which is a System analysis method, is put forward by operations researcher of U.S.A. T.L. Saaty in 1973. On the basis of the method,an analytic hierarchy model and the absolute assessing method are given out. It is suitable to the comprehensive assessment of the construction benefit of IRS. Chinese conditions, and policies of the Scientific and Technical in China.
