摘要
通过对国内外水果分级系统的现状研究,建立了基于机器视觉系统的水果分级和执行机构逻辑控制并行处理的一体化工艺流程和系统控制模型。对整个系统实行多级可视化状态监控、多点数据通信与远程控制。利用上位机与下位机的各自功能优势实现在线数据处理和指令传送。技术上解决不同软硬件之间的互连,并对水果分级工艺中可能出现的问题提出了解决方法。
An integrative process of production and control system model that use Machine Vision System to achieve parallelly grading of fruit and control of executing agency were established through the study of development status about fruit control system both at home and abroad in this paper. Multi-level visual monitoring and multi-point data communication included remote control were implemented in the whole system. Taking advantage of the host and slave's function in respective field fulfill the data communication online and transferring of command line. The interconnection between hardware and software were completed technically, and at the same time some solutions were put forward for the potential problems in fruit grading system.
