摘要
将声音信号作为研究滚动轴承故障诊断的主要处理信息。首先提出用高通绝对值处理与小波分析相结合(HA&W)的方法应用于滚动轴承故障声音信号的分析,实现滚动轴承的故障诊断的目的。其次用实验证明HA&W法在滚动轴承故障诊断中更具抗干扰性与有效性,进而得出基于HA&W法的滚动轴承故障诊断具有可行性。
The mainly processed information of rolling bearing failure diagnosis is acoustic signal. By using absolute value of dealing with high-pass combined with wavelet (HA&W) at the analysis of rolling bearing failure acoustic signal. Proved by experiment that HA&W method had more anti-noise and the effectiveness of stem, so the conclusion is HA&W method is feasible.
