摘要
阐述了采用可编程控制器(PLC)进行Z3040钻床控制电路教学设备技术改造的方法,简要说明了S7-200系列在本系统中的应用以及PLC控制过程的工作原理,其中包括I/O口的分配、确定I/O点数、设计PLC系统控制程序等几个环节的处理方法。
The paper introduced the methods which transform the teaching equipment of Z3040 drilling machines simulative circuit by using the programmable logical controller( PLC),briefly explain the application of S7-200 series in the system, and analyzed the work process which controlled the milling machine with PLC, including PLC type choice.distributing address of I/O. I/O port wiring diagram and PLC Control the procedure and so on links design methods.
