永磁磁轮磁悬浮力的解析与数值方法研究 被引量:2

摘要 本文建立了永磁磁轮悬浮机构的涡流解析方程,利用分离变量法得出了方程的解析,进而得到电磁悬浮力的解析解。基于ANSOFT公司的Maxwell 3D建立其有限元模型,并对其求解分析得出了磁轮电磁部分的磁场分布和电磁损耗,电磁悬浮力等分析结果,即得到磁轮悬浮电磁部分的数值解。比较数值和解析解得出的悬浮力可知:两种方法的计算结果是一致的,验证了解析模型的正确性。 The electromagnetic part of a Permanent Magnet wheel vortex analytical equation is established and the solution is given. This FEM model is set up with the company Maxwell 3D of ANSOFT .The results of the distribution of magnetic field and solid loss and the electromagnetic levitation force are shown. Comparison of simulation and analytical solution reveal that two methods are consistent, and the analytical model is effective and efficient.
