摘要 在总结运动技术的生物力学特征和规律的基础上,解释步态异常的关键环节和影响因素,为运动障碍患者步行能力的康复评定提供科学依据。方法:通过使用三维测力台系统对正常人和患者行走时足底与支撑面之间的压力(垂直、左右、前后三个方向的力)进行测量与分析。结果:可检测出在行走过程中正常人和患者的地面反力以及加速度曲线和站立时的压力中心曲线。结论:由测力台系统检测出的图形和数据对比分析了正常人和患者的步态,从而发现患者在步行时存在的问题,找出影响步态的因素。 Aim: On the basis of summarizing biomechanical characteristics and laws of sport technique, explaining the key links and influencing factors of abnormal gait, providing scientific basis for rehabilitation evaluation of patients with dyskinesia walking ability. Method:Using three-dimensional force platform system, the pressure of plantar and binding face ( Vertical,Medial-lateral and Anterior-posterior) can he measured and analyzed when normal human walking. Resuh:h detected not only the ground reaction forces and acceleration oscillation when normal human and patients were walking, but also the trace of center of pressure oscillation during standing. Conclusion:Graphics and data are detected by the force platform system juxtapose and analyze the gait of normal human and patients, we can find the problems and identify the factors that affect gait.
