Data acquisition system of image sensor TCD1702C based on PIC single chip processor

图象传感器CCD在电子技术领域的应用日益广泛。本文介绍了基于PIC16F877A单片机的TCD1702C的数据采集系统,包括TCD1702C驱动电路、二值化信号处理电路及计数器法数据采集接口电路。TCD1702C驱动脉冲稳定,二值化信号处理电路简单,计数法数据采集电路可提供可靠的窗口信号,并对数据脉冲进行计数,因此可广泛地应用于目标物尺寸及位移测量。

Image sensor CCD technology is widely used in the electronic technology field in recent years.Data acquisition system based on PIC16F877A single chip processor are introduced in this paper,including the design for driver circuit of linear TCD1702C,dichotomy circuit and data acquisition interface circuit using counters.Experiments demonstrate that the drive pulses of linear CCD are more stable and the dichonomy signal processing circuit is simple,and data acquisition circuit using counters not only offers dependable window single,but also calculates data pluses.So the method can be applied to the measure of target size and displacement widely.
