摘要
采用激光-电阻缝焊复合焊接进行了铝合金T型接头焊接试验,并通过改变滚轮电极形状、电流流过方式和电流大小等研究了不同焊接电流对焊缝成形的影响规律。试验结果表明:对于单侧双滚轮电阻缝焊与激光复合焊接来说,采用圆弧形滚轮电极,一滚轮作用于蒙皮、另一滚轮作用于骨架进行复合焊接,有利于获得良好的焊缝成形和优质焊接接头。此外,激光-电阻缝焊复合焊接铝合金T型接头的焊缝组织与力学性能测试结果表明:与单激光焊接相比,激光-电阻缝焊复合焊接虽然由于热输入量增大,导致析出相明显长大;但由于复合焊接增加了搭接面熔合尺寸,焊接接头抗剪力可以提高24.7%左右。
The A1 alloy T-joints were carded out by laser-resistance hybrid welding and the influences of different welding current on weld appearance were investigated by varying shape of roller electrodes, current path, electric current and so on. The experimental results show that, when the arc-shaped wheel electrode is used, and one wheel is on the cover plate while the other one is on the skeleton, the hybrid welding can obtain good weld bead and high-quality welding joint for the hybrid welding of laser beam and resistance seam welding of dual wheel on the same side. Besides, the weld structure and the mechanical test of the T-joint aluminum alloy of hybrid laser beam and resistance seam welding show that: compared with laser welding, the laser-resistance hybrid welding increases the heat input, which results in the growth of precipitated phase significantly, but the joint tensile shear load increases more than 24.7% owing to augmenting the dimension of lap surface.
