2006～2008年我院抗组胺药应用分析

Utilization Analysis of Antihistamines in Our Hospital from 2006 to 2008

目的:了解抗组胺药在我院的应用情况和发展趋势。方法:采用金额排序和使用频度分析法对我院2006～2008年抗组胺药的使用情况进行统计分析。结果:左西替利嗪片、西替利嗪滴剂、氯雷他定糖浆的用药频率一直保持领先。结论:安全、有效的第2、3代抗组胺药将成为抗过敏治疗的主要药物。

OBJECTIVE：To probe into the utilization of antihistamines in our hospital and its developmental tendency.METHODS：By using the methods of ordering of consumption sum and DDDs,the antihistamines used in our hospital from 2006 to 2008 were analyzed statistically.RESULTS：Levocetirizine Hydrochloride Tablets,Cetirizine Hydrochloride Drops and Loratadine Syrup took the lead on the list of DDDs from 2006 to 2008.CONCLUSION：The second and third generation antihistamines are expect to become the dominant anti-allergic medicines in virtue of their safety and efficacy.
