摘要
目的:建立HLPC法测定五参二连颗粒中橙皮苷的含量。方法:色谱柱为C18柱(ZORBAXSB,4.6×150mm,5μm);甲醇-0.5%冰醋酸溶液(38:62)为流动相,流速1.0mL·min-1,检测波长为283nm。结果:橙皮苷的线性范围为0.004144～0.062160mg·mL-1(r=0.9999),平均回收率为99.96%,RSD为0.48%。结论:该方法快速、准确、重现性好,适用于五参二连颗粒的含量控制。
OBJECTIVE：To develop a HPLC method for the determination of hesperidin in Wusen Erlian Granules.METHODS：Sample separation was carried on C18 column（ZORBAX SB,4.6 × 150 mm,5 μm） with mobile phase consisted of methanol and 0.5% glacial acetic acid solution（38：62 V /V） at a flow rate of 1.0 mL· min-1.The UV detection wavelength was set at 283 nm.RESULTS：The linear range of hesperidin was 0.004 144 ～ 0.062 160 mg·mL-1（r = 0.999 9）.The recovery rate was 99.96% with a RSD of 0.48%.CONCLUSION：The method is rapid,accurate and reproducible,and it is suitable for the control of the content of Wusen Erlian Granules.
