肺泡灌洗术在有创机械通气治疗重症肺炎患者中的临床疗效

The Clinical Effect of Bronchoalveolar Lavage on the Patients with Severe Pneumonia Treated by Mechanical Ventilation

目的:探讨肺泡灌洗术(BAL)在有创机械通气治疗重症肺炎患者中的作用。方法:将95例进行有创机械通气治疗的重症肺炎患者随机分成对照组(n=53)和治疗组(n=42),对照组采用常规药物治疗,治疗组在常规药物治疗基础上于机械通气期间每天进行肺泡灌洗,比较两组预后、机械通气时间和ICU逗留时间。结果:治疗组死亡率明显低于对照组(P<0.05),两组中生存患者的机械通气时间、ICU逗留时间均有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:肺泡灌洗术可改善机械通气治疗重症肺炎患者的预后。

Objective： To explore the effect of bronchoalveolar lavage （BAL） on patients with severe pneumonia treated by mechanical ventilation （MV）. Methods： The 95 cases were randomly divided into control group （n=53） and treatment group （n=42）.The treatment group was treated BAL based on the control group treated by routine methods. The prognosis, the time of MV and staying in ICU were compared between the two groups. Results： The mortality, the duration of MV and the time stay in ICU in treatment group were significantly lower than those in control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The bronchoalveolar lavage may improve the prognosis of patients with severe pneumonia treated by MV.
