摘要 卡瓦是可钻式桥塞(封隔器的一种)关键部件.本文依据使用环境、机械性能及钻铣加工性能要求对进口桥塞卡瓦进行了全面检测和分析,通过化学成分化验、力学性能测定、金相组织和失效分析,并选用一种材料及其合理的制造工艺生产出合格替代进口产品,获得良好效果,为大批量生产奠定了技术基础,来满足油田生产需要. A comprehensive examination and analysis on bracket-block, which is a key part of drillable bridge plug(one of oil-mining sealing-separator). has been made according to the condition of service and the requirments for mechanical properties and drillability and millability. After examining chemical composition.testing mechanical properties.observing metallographic microstructure. and analysing failure, the materials have been chosen and a reasonable technical process has been made to produce qualified bracket -block as a substitute of imports, that laid the technical basis for the mass production of the sealing-separator as to meet the demands of oil field for production of oil.
