摘要 本文简要介绍了国内外通过微生物和化学合成方法来生产手性聚羟基脂肪酸酯单体3-羟基脂肪酸,以及3-羟基脂肪酸在生理学方面应用的一些研究进展。 This paper introduced the microbiological and chemical synthesis methods to produce chiral monomer 3-hydroxybutyrate from polyhydroxyalkanoates at home and abroad,as well as presented some researches about the physiological application of 3-hydroxybutyrate.
