摘要
采用非线性规划方法对矿用电钻电动机的优化设计进行了较为深入的研究。利用“惩罚函数”法(SUMT)进行了数学模型的处理,采用并改进了Hooke-Jeeves的模矢搜索法及Powell的共轭方向法,还提出一种随机搜索法。进行了大量的优化计算及分析研究,并给出了MZ-12A电钻电动机的优化实例,结果在外型尺寸不变的情况下,功率由1.2kW提高到1.5kW,功率提高25‰,文中对各种优化方法进行了分析和比较,为矿用电钻电动机的优化设计提供了正确的方法和途径。
This paper studies a optimal design of the mining electric drill motor , based on the method of nonlinear programming. Mathematical model has been dealt with by punish function search method. Hooke-Jeeves modular vector search method and Powell conjugate direction search method have been adopted and modified.A random direction search method has been chosen based on amount of analysis studies of the optimal designs.The optimal example of MZ - 12A electric drill motor has been given.In fixed volume of the external form condition,power increases from 1.2kW to 1.5kW,namely,the result increases power by 25 percent.ln addition^this paper analysis and compares the kind of optimization methods.A correct way has been supplied for the optimal design of the mining electric drill motor.
