摘要 目的通过对护理专业本科生的学习动机进行调查分析,进而为提高学生的学习效果,实现教育目标提供建议。方法采用学习动机问卷对237名护理本科生进行调查,并分析其求知、发展、竞争或提升、职业、交往和表现动机6个因素。结果护理本科生学习动机中较强的4个因素分别为发展动机、职业动机、求知动机、交往动机;在职业动机比较中,北京地区的学生均显著高于外埠学生;表现动机的比较中,非独生子女的显著高于独生子女的。结论护理本科生注重个人的发展,也有为社会奉献的想法。但更加注重实用,关注当前,缺乏远景学习动机。建议学校进行学习目的教育,适当介绍护理专业的现状和前景,培养学生强烈的求知欲和浓厚的学习兴趣。 Objective To investigate learning motivations among nursing undergraduates in order to enhance learning efficiency and provide advice for the realization of teaching goals. Methods A questionnaire survey about learning motivations was conducted in 237 nursing undergraduates,including six influencing factors : epistemics,development,competition or promotion, career,communication and performance. Results Four strongest factors of the learning motivations among nursing undergraduates were as follows : development, career, epistemics and communication. Compared with students from other cities,the students in Beijing had a stronger career motivation. Singleton students showed a lower motivation than non-singleton students in performance motivation. Conclusions Nursing undergraduates focus on self developments and contributions to the society. But they pay more attention to practicality and concern about present while lacking the perspective learning motivation due to the restrictions of reality. So schools should offer more educations on learning objectives,appropriately introduce the present and future situation of nursing specialty,and cultivate the students' strong thirst for knowledge and learning interests.
