Intraoperative care of newborns undergoing anal atresia surgery

报告6例新生儿肛门成形术的术中护理方法，包括采取完善的术前准备、建立通畅的输液通道、采取正确的体位摆放及做好与麻醉师的配合和生命体征监测。术中采取的护理措施正确有效，6例手术全部顺利完成，没有发生并发症。

This paper summarizes intraoperative care of six cases of neonatal anal atresia surgery,and the nursing interventions included consummate preoperative preparation,establishing smooth infusion channels,taking the right position,co-ordination with the anesthetist and monitoring of vital signs. As a resuh,intraoperative interventions were correct and effective,the successful completion of all the six cases of surgery without complication.
