摘要
粒细胞-巨噬细胞集落刺激因子(GM—CSF)可以由支气管哮喘(简称哮喘)炎症部位的巨噬细胞、嗜酸粒细胞和上皮细胞产生。反之,GM-CSF也同样作用于巨噬细胞、嗜酸粒细胞、免疫细胞、中性粒细胞等。GM—CSF的高表达增强了机体对抗原的敏感性,导致气道炎症反应增加,在哮喘发病机制中起着重要作用。
Granuloeyte macrophage colony stimulating factor (GM-CSF) is produced by macrophages, eosinophils and epithelial cells under the airway inflammation of bronchial asthma (asthma). However,GM-CSF also effects macrophages, eosinophils, immunocytes, neutrophils, et al. It has been shown that hyperexpression of GM-CSF promotes sensitization to allergens, resulting in augmentation of airway inflammation. So GM-CSF may play an important role in the pathogenesis of asthma.
