培养应用型人才是法学专业教育的重要目标之一。传统法学教育的缺陷是缺乏对学生实践能力的培养,模拟法庭教学是把法学理论与司法实践相结合的一种完美的实践型教学课程,是培养应用型人才的重要方法,旨在加强实践教学。提高学生应用能力,规范和完善模拟法庭课程教学,是当前各法学院校面临的问题。

The training of application-oriented personnel is one of the key goals in the eduaction of law specialty. The defect of traditional law education lies in the shortage of practice in the ability of students. Moot court teaching is a perfect practice-based teaching course integrating legal theories with judicial practice as well as an important approach to train application-oriented personnel so as to strengthen the practice of teaching. Enhancing students＇ability, standardizing and improving moot court teaching are issues currently confronted by law colleges and universities.
