摘要
舰船破口流量系数直接关系到舰船损管抗沉的效率并直接影响到舰船的安全性。本文建立了舰船住舱几何模型,进而利用流体力学计算软件Fluent前处理软件Gambit建立了仿真模型,并采用有限体积法进行离散,有针对性地采用了k:ε双方程作为舰船破口进水的湍流模型,同时通过VOF法来追踪气液两相的自由表面,模拟了对不同孔径比情况下的舰船破口水流状态,利用Fluent对舰船破口流量系数进行了仿真计算,并以此为基础由多项式拟合推导了舰船破口流量系数的求解公式,可为舰船破口进水模型的建立,进而为指挥员迅速判明舰船破口进水对安全性的影响提供重要依据。
The efficiency of warship's damage control and warship's safety are directly affected by warship's crevasse flow coefficient.In this paper,the geometrical model has been established;furthermore,the simulation model is also established by the pre-process software Gambit which belongs to the CFD software Fluent and it is discrete by the finite volume method.The k:ε double equation is adopted pertinently as viscous model of warship's crevasse flow,the two phases' discontinuous layer of water and air are captured by using the method of VOF.It is simulated that the warship's crevasse flowing condition of under different ratio of diameter to thickness.Warship's crevasse flow coefficient is calculated by Fluent,and moreover,based on the above calculation,the formula of warship's crevasse flow coefficient is deduced by the method of polynomial-fit.It can serve as an important reference for establishing a warship's crevasse flow model and for warship's commander to estimate the effect caused by flow.
