潜艇排气集水箱内部流场及温度场的数值模拟 被引量:2

摘要 常规潜艇通常在通气管状态航行时进行充电,排气集水箱的应用可以有效防止海水倒灌进柴油机。本文对某型排气集水箱建立了三维数值模型,对其内部流场及温度场进行了数值模拟,得到了内部流场、温度场和压力场的分布,并分析了细管长度对内部温度和压力变化的影响。结果表明,内部气流的回流及旋转有利于降低排气噪声;冷却水的流动可以起到很好的降温效果;适当缩短内部细管的长度可以增强冷却降温效果,使温降从48.3 K提高到了68 K。 A conventional submarine usually is charged up in the snorkeling state.The reverse flow of sea water into the diesel engine can be avoided effectively by using a water-collecting box.In this paper,a three-dimensional model of water-collecting box was established and based on which the flow field and temperature field were studied.The internal flow,temperature and pressure fields were obtained.Meanwhile,the effect of the pipe length on the internal temperature and pressure variation was discussed.The following conclusions were drawn,the internal air reverse flow and circumgyration are helpful to reduce exhaust noise;the flow of cool water is an effective way for the heat dissipation.The cooling effect can be enhanced by shortening properly the pipe length,thus the temperature drop was advanced from 48.3 K to 68 K.
