生物质锅炉受热面沉积的模拟试验装置的设计

摘要 为了探索秸秆燃烧过程中受热面上沉积腐蚀的形成过程、机理及其影响因素,根据生物质锅炉和燃料的特点设计了一套试验装置,分析结果表明试验装置既满足了生物质成型燃料的燃烧条件,达到了生物质锅炉受热面上的温度,又具有省柴灶的精巧。 In order to study the formation process,mechanism and influence factors of deposits and corrosive on the Heat-transfer surface of biomass fuel boiler during the biomass combustion, the paper designs a set of tester on base of characteristic of biomass fuel boiler. The result of design shows: the tester not only meets the combustion condition of biomass fuel and reaches the temperature of heat-transfer surface of biomass fuel boiler, but also is small and exquisite like the firewood-saving stove.
